Introducing Aura Beverley’s Winter Wardrobe 2021

With summer fading away and darker nights slowly drawing in, it's time to turn your attention to your winter wardrobe. After spending last winter stuck at home in little more than loungewear there has never been a better time to be bold and embrace the trends of winter 2021. 

Here at Aura Beverley we have put together four different looks that will see you through this season. Whether that’s winter walks, coffee dates with friends, date night or the much anticipated Christmas party. This season we have tried to go with looks that are really versatile but that also have a bit of an edge, throwing a splash of bold colour or eye-catching print into the mix. With these four winter looks to explore, the only thing that you’ll have to worry about is which one to try first!

Look 1: Winter Forest 

This first look incorporates a mixture of natural earth tones allowing you to achieve a sophisticated and timeless winter fit, we are seeing a lot of this gorgeous khaki green this season. Earth tones act as a perfect background for hints of colour, shimmer and sparkle. Starting off with the ICHI Amara V-Neck knit in Ivy green, this staple is incredibly soft and can be easily worn over a basic t-shirt or vest top to add that extra level of comfort. The boxy style and long sleeves allow for a super relaxed fit, suitable for almost any winter occasion. This knit can be worn with the Mos Mosh Morella Plissé Skirt to add an edge. The Morella skirt is cut from Plissé that moves beautifully and is fitted with an elasticated waistband with a glitter stripe to add some sparkle, but still having that comfort factor. If you want that further level of glam, the Morella Plissé Skirt can also be paired with the Mos Mosh Kiara three quarter blouse in Grape Leaf. This shimmery blouse with its collar neckline, three quarter sleeves and contrast ribbed trims works with the skirt as a more sophisticated evening look, we love that subtle metallic fleck. 

Look 2: Merry and Bright

This look is both bright and bold for a winter weekend out and about. Starting with the Mos Mosh Aspen Quilt Down jacket, this jacket is the ultimate wardrobe essential allowing you to stay both stylish and cosy as you venture out into the cooler climate. Perfect for winter walks, the jacket has an elastic adjustable waistband, two side pockets and a front zipper and water repellent fabric to keep you extra snug. The jacket works well with the candy pink split crew jumper from Jumper 1234 adding a splash of colour and excitement. Made from 100% cashmere, with a round neck and full sleeves with splits at the sides of the hemline, you won’t want to take off this indulgent piece.

The American Vintage Sonoma short sleeve white tee can be worn underneath the jumper as a base and to add that extra bit of layering. This look works particularly well with the Regina Cover Jeans from Mos Mosh, a fantastic dark blue wash denim with a straight fit and mid-rise waist. The jeans are environmentally friendly and made of a soft blend of recycled cotton and polyester, making them super soft (they don’t really feel like jeans… added bonus!). This helps them to keep their shape and fit perfectly all day. Lastly, the Air and Grace Roxy white and silver Platform trainers are great shoes to wear with this casual look. The trainers are made from leather with a rubber platform outsole giving you luxurious cushioning and happy feet for all those winter adventures. 

Look 3: Simply Chic

This next look lets you add some subtle edge to your winter wardrobe with the Naomi Shade washed jeans from Mos Mosh. Designed in a tapered fit with high-rise and a gorgeous dark grey wash, we love the details of this style - finished with glamorous metallic ribbon and zipper details and the front pockets. Wear these jeans with the Mos Mosh Enola oversized white shirt for a simple but chic day look. The Second Female Marguerite Knit Vest can then be worn over the top of the shirt for extra cosiness and to give you that cosy winter feel, whilst staying on trend. Look 4: Layered Luxuries

We all know winter brings unpredictable weather and this look accounts for just that. In this look we are experimenting with layers, picture a cosy scarf nestled beneath a bold coat, a slim roll neck peeking out from the collar of a dress, you get the idea. Not only are we experimenting with layers but colour and bold patterns. Starting with the Issy London Greta luxe long faux fur coat in olive green. This coat exudes old-school elegance, with a longer-length silhouette inspired by a bygone era. Made in a signature eco-friendly finish, this fully lined cover-up with deep pockets will add a high-octane touch to every occasion. Next the Oatmeal Melange Mafa roll neck Knit by ICHI is both lightweight and figure hugging boasting long sleeves and ribbed cuffs. This piece is a great under-layer that can act as a base from which you can build upon. Lastly, if you’re looking for something to impress, the Arabel Dress from ICHI has it all. The abstract animal print dress can be worn through both day and night. The long sleeves and button cuff detail add a sense of sophistication whilst the pleated skirt and elasticated waist allow you to enjoy that extra mince pie without feeling guilty! Perfect for a Christmas party or a family gathering this dress can be worn with tights and boots to finish off the look.
